Question by Jenn: What should a good adult dog diet consist of?
For a 5 year old Pembroke welsh corgi who’s in relatively good health… What kind of human-grade quality dog food do you like for your dog? What about incorporating bits and pieces of cooked chicken, raw carrot, some cheese into his diet? Anything else I could add? How much of the human food should I give him? and what about treats for training/rewards? Thanks alot, I know its a lot of questions but I’m trying to do as much research as I possibly can!

my dogs eat acana. as long as you are feeding a dog food that doesn’t contain corn, wheat, soy, by products, or digest then you are fine. no need to add things to it. for treats try bits of carrot or bannana.

Both of my Standard Poodles are on the raw diet and are doing fantastic! You should supplement with a good daily vitamin when feeding raw.
