Published in 2008, this book is a
pretty little pocket book.
It features short descriptions of fun games you can play with your dog or puppy (peek-a-boo) and short games you can play with your dog and small kids ("Snoopy says...Sit!"). And cute things to show of too your friends (like "In-DOG-NITO") where you dress your little friend up in different hats, getting her used to wearing things on her head.
But this book is more "tips" than anything else. It is a fun read, and you can flip from page-to-page without losing the essence of the book. Unfortunately it never goes into depth about any one subject.

City Dog: A Novel by Alison Pace, just happens to be Carlie, a West Highland Terrier that is true to type. Carlie explains about her breed: "The Westie will not be ignored!" And constantly attempts to get the attention of her beloved owner Amy.

In the book Carlie the Westie becomes a star of a reality T.V. show. Perhaps the best part of this novel is when Carlie narrates a few chapters. Carlie begins her chapter by declaring, "This is a book about me!" She is so cute once cannot help but love her.
